Why high fence in wildlife management? I filmed by William Chase Clark of Artemis Outdoors in conjunction with and by permission of the Texas Deer Association at a convention in South Texas.

High Fence in Texas is extremely important to the hunting industry for reasons presented here. On the flip side, some land owners are not in favor of high fence.
