600 g all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
7 g dry yeast (1 packet)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
450 ml lukewarm water (about 37°C), added slowly
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Activate the yeast:

In a small bowl, mix the sugar and yeast with a bit of the lukewarm water (about 50 ml) to dissolve. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Prepare the dough:

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and melted butter.
Gradually add the remaining 400 ml lukewarm water, mixing slowly until the dough comes together. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky but manageable.
Knead the dough:
