Join me for a beautiful Back and Core strengthening pilates workout that will show you the best exercises to strengthen the upper, middle, lower back and core muscles without overworking your body. This 35 minute intermediate full body pilates workout is the perfect mix of strengthening and stretching exercises to show you where you may need a little extra help with your back as well as where your strength currently is. We'll be working the whole of the spinal and core muscles in an even way so no muscle gets overworked or overlooked.
