INGREDIENTS :
For stuffing :
2-4 Tbsp Ghee घी
250 gm / 1 Cup Semolins/Rava सूजी
½ Cup Desiccated Coconut नारियल का बुरादा
½ Cup Dry Coconut, grated ताजा नारियल, कद्दूकस किया हुआ
½ Cup chopped Dry fruits ड्राई फ्रूट्स
½ tsp Cardamom Powder इलायची पाउडर
½ Cup Powder Sugar पाउडर चीनी

For outer covering:
1.5 cup All purpose flour मैदा
¼ cup Hot Ghee गरम घी
¼ tsp Salt for taste स्वादानुसार नमक
½ cup water पानी

Other ingredients :
Cooking Oil for fry तलने के लिए खाना पकाने का तेल
Water for seal करंजी जोडने के लिए पानी
