Great Smoky Mountains Railroad

Multimedia slideshow of the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. I originally made one for a photo journalism class I was in, in 2009. The video I used was less than acceptable in my opinion despite getting a near perfect grade on the slideshow. Once I got a better video camera I planned to make my way back to Bryson City and shoot some new video of the GSMR and redo the slideshow. Video recorded in 2010. Photographs taken in 2009 and 2010. Audio recorded in 2009.

The original purpose for the video/project was part of a photostory that we had to do. I chose to document a day in the life of a railroad employee. Everyone at the GSMR that I spoke to throughout my time working on this was extremely friendly and helpful. If only every railroad was this friendly.
