Описание к видео How to Create DEM from Google Earth

In this tutorial you'll learn how to create dem from google earth pro and contour in ArcGIS through google earth.

Digital Elevation Model (DEM): DEM is a specialized database that represents the relief of a surface between points of known elevation. By interpolating known elevation data from sources such as ground surveys and photogrammetric data capture, a rectangular digital elevation model grid can be created.

Steps of create of DEM and Contour from Google Earth Pro:

Step 1: First we have to take points through google earth pro and save as a " .kml " file.
Step 2: Then we have to convert " .kml " to " .gpx " file through GPS Visualizer website
Step 3: Upload a file of Google earth Pro " .kml " extension or insert a .kml file extension into GPS Visualizer DEM database and convert it as GPX file.
Step 4: Then Go to Arc Toolbox, find out the conversion tools from Arc Toolbox. After that convert the GPX file from GPX to features. Again, Go to Arc Toolbox, find out the Spatial Analyst Conversion tools from Arc Toolbox.
Spatial Analyst Tools  Interpolation IDW

Step 5: For Contour……..Spatial Analyst Tool--Surface--Contour
