I was always skeptical about the blouse less drape and so I had to try it today. It was practices when women had just one piece of fabric to cover their entire body GRACEFULLY and the concept of stitching was not introduced. Now that we have infinite blouse design ideas, we may not require this but still, it’s a great idea.

I chose a new katan silk banarasi in purple and leaf green with running blouse piece to perform its job without stitching.

I believe that a blouse less drape can be donne elegantly and sophisticatedly so here is a tutorial for y’all lovelies.

To keep in mind—
💜 You can choose any thin silk like Katan, Mulberry, Mysore, Chiffon or Georgette.
💜 Satin silk, Tussar silk and Kanchipattu silk is not advisable since the pallu can be too stiff to be turned into a blouse or tie a knot.
💜 Keep the pallu length double the length you prefer generally.
💜 The drape needs no safety pins but you can use wherever you feel it is required.
💜 Add on some accessories and you’re good to go.
