Explaining The Craziness in The First Omen

The First Omen is a prequel to the 1976 horror classic "The Omen" which centers on a family who unknowingly adopt the spawn of satan. In this film, we're following an American nun - playing by the fantastic Nell Tiger Free - as she relocates to an orphanage in Rome to take her vows. While she is there she uncovers a dark conspiracy by the church to bring forth the antichrist. Directed by Arkasha Stevenson in her directorial debut, the 2024 horror movie is beautiful, crazy, and filled with disturbing moments. It's one of the best horror movies of the year.
