Yep. That stands up to scrutiny.

Despite how nonchalantly I handled this in the video, I've never seen this happen before. Generally when I hook them that close to land, either they are instantly caught, or they glitch into the terrain and become inactive. It is possible when they're inactive to gently nudge into them to push them over land to then knife them and be good to go, but that's only if the environment allows you - normally they just float in the water, unmovable, and are wasted.

But I've never quite seen it play out like this before. This is post-update by the way.
