Applying for the N1A Visa/Resident permit for spouses of Nigerian citizens begins from the Embassy where you reside and the process is completed in Nigeria. Please visit the Nigeria immigration service portal for the online application.
IMPORTANT!!! You can visit & reside in Nigeria but you are not permitted to work with the N1A.

REQUIREMENTS FOR STR (Subject to Regularization) VISA: N1A.
a. Passport with a longer validity
b. Completed visa form in quadruplicate with four recent passport photographs
c. Four copies of marriage certificate vetted/legalized by a Notary public office or the office of your Foreign ministry/Embassy.(English Certified translated copy where applicable)
d. Four copies of application letter by Nigerian spouse
e. Four copies of his/her valid passport data page
f. Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt
g. Proof of payment of the administrative fees (www.nigerianembassy.se)
