In our weekly edition:
Remember that thing where they validated lucid dreaming scientifically by the dreamers moving their eyes while in REM/Dreaming in a pre-defined sequence that was decided upon beforehand while awake?

Those same signaling that since have been used in all lucid dreaming experiments to prove that the dreamer is indeed lucid.

Well, It's not always the way it is in the movies 😏
Building our own home sleep lab and getting first hand experience at recording Lucid Dreams we found out that even though we are lucid you don't always catch those eye signaling on the EOG (the electrodes that capture the eye movements).

Truly fascinating to think why. When can the signal be seen clearly and when not, is it related to the level of Lucidity?

Personally, I can draw a line further and wonder if this can give us a hint about our ability to successfully influence the body from the dream, and when.

You'll find a whole chapter that excellently sums up about physical healing from within the dream, when it works for people and when it does not.
Could we similarly add another piece to the puzzle by seeing that in certain lucid situations we can influence our eye movements and in others we can not?
