Kinesis rider Rupert Robinson takes on the epic challenge of VIA 2025 — a 4,000km unsupported ultracycling race across Europe.

This year’s chapter follows the trail of Germanicus’ quest to recover Rome’s lost Eagles, tracing an unforgiving route from the Adriatic coast of Italy to the stormy shores of the North Sea in the Netherlands.

With no team cars or support, Rupert must rely solely on his own strength, strategy, and equipment. From coastal roads to alpine passes, every kilometre demands resilience. VIA is more than just a race: it’s an odyssey where riders relive history, test their limits, and join a unique community of adventurers.

Rupert rides not only to compete but to add his name to the growing legacy of VIA — where every rider writes their own story of endurance, discovery, and connection.
