Fish Curry Preparation:

1. Take 300gm Halwa (Black Pomfret Fish). Wash the fish 2-3 times and then apply 2 tbsp of salt and keep it aside for 30-45 Minutes.
2. After 45Minutes wash the applied salt. Now for fish curry take 150gm/ 1 cup grated coconut, 4-5 Red spicy chilies, 5-6 Kashmiri red chilies, 2 tbsp Coriander seeds, 1/4th Onion, 4-5 dry mango pieces (you can use 1 tbsp dry mango powder insted),10-12 garlics, and half tbsp Turmeric powder. make a fine paste of this mixture.
2. Now keep the bowl on medium flame and add 3 tbsp Oil, 7-8 curry leaves and 1/4th onion. Mix this well then add prepared paste.
3. To make the curry add 1 glass water, 7-8 Kokum pieces and salt to taste and add fish pieces.
4. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes. once it starts boiling then cover with lid for 15minutes.
5. Keep the lid cover for 15 minutes and let it cool down to give exact taste what we has shown in the video.

Rice Bhakari/ Rice Roti Preparation :
1. Keep the kadhai on medium flame and add 1 bowl water let it boil then add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp Oil.
2. Mix it well and add 1 cup/1 bowl rice flour and mix it well cover it with lid for 10minutes.
3. After 10minutes take a flour in a plate and apply some oil on your hands and rub the flour for 5-10minutes.
4. put some rice flour on plate and prepare Bhakari. While making the bhakari keep the PAN on high flame for heating.
5. Once the bhakari is prepared keep the lower side of the bhakari up on PAN & apply water till the edges by keeping gas on low flame.
6.Once water applied keep the gas flame high and turn the Bhakari after 1 minute.
7.Flip the another side and fry the bhakari on gas flame for 1 minute.
8. Bhakari will be ready to serve.

Solkadhi Preparaion:
1. Take 100gm grated coconut and add 1 green chilly, 2-3 Garlics, 1 small ginger piece, 1/4th tbsp cumin seeds.
2.Now grind this mixture and make a fine paste and extract the milk twice.
3. Add 2 tbsp Kokum extract, sugar, chopped coriander and salt to taste.
4. Solakadhi will be ready to serve.

Fish Fry Preparation:

1. Washed off the applied salt and add 1/4th tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 1/4th tbsp green chatani, 1/4th tbsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tbsp Red chilli powder, 2 tbp kokum extract.
3. mix this well and keep aside for 30minutes.
4. After 3 minutes take 1 tbsp rice flou, 2tbsp rawa/sooji, 1 tbsp Malvani masala/ Red Chili powder.
5. Apply this to all fry pieces.
6. Keep the PAN on high flame and add 3 tbsp oil to fry the fish. Once fish kept don't turn the heat to low.. For the first 1 minute fry it on a high flame to make it more crispy.
7.After 4-5 minutes flip the fish and fry another side as well for 5minutes.
8. Fish fry will be ready to serve.
