Along the way, we’ll draw parallels with modern teachers like Eckhart Tolle and Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, who remind us that what we fear as death is simply the return of form to formlessness, the wave dissolving back into the ocean.

Death is not our enemy, but our greatest teacher - the quiet reminder that what we are cannot die.
