These interactive outros increase the chances of your audience subscribing to your channel and watching more of your videos. So here are a some ways to make some great custom outros. Lets go!

1 Shooting

This first way just involves some careful shot planning. In our example we wanted to layer 3 End Screen elements on top of our shot, 2 videos and 1 subscribe button. We placed objects around our studio that represent these elements and placed their end screen versions over top after uploading the video to YouTube. Don’t be afraid to tell your audience to subscribe and then point to where your subscribe button will be in your shot. The same goes for pointing to your featured videos. Once you have your shot and have uploaded your video, open the End Screen tab in YouTube. Once inside you can add each of the elements and place them over top your shot. Make sure your shot does not force your elements too high or too low in the frame, otherwise this Outro style won’t work. If you want one element to come first, just drag it before the others on the end screen timeline.

2 Inside Your Video Editor

Another great way to create a great outro is to use an editing software like Filmora. If you want to get EVEN more creative with your outros, we’ve made a custom animation for your end screen elements you can load into Filmora. You can download it in the link below. Once its on your computer, drag it onto the PIP layer, double click on the clip and go to compositing, blend modes. Then choose the screen blend mode to blend it with the end screen you created inside your program. Now you have a wicked looking outro! You can further add different overlays and filters to create your own style.
