Oral Rehydration Solution is used for treating dehydration by replacing lost fluid and electrolytes. Dehydration can be caused by diarrhea,vomiting, stress or strenuous activity and fever and is one of the leading causes of death in children.

ORS comes in different flavours and sachets and in this video, I shared the do it yourself recipe of sugar and salt in the required measurements. It is cheap, easy to do and effective.
