Hi, my name is Pauline Saison, I am currently studying here on the London campus. I first started off with a Bachelor, as well with Glion, but on the Switzerland campus.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Vatel school. I worked almost 4 years in the restaurant of a 5-star hotel, located in Lausanne in Switzerland.

I initially don’t come from a hospitality background, I actually studied a Bachelor in Business Administration at IE University in Madrid.

I chose Glion because this school is at the forefront of hospitality education and because it has a large network.

Naturally, I chose Glion because I’ve heard many times about the school reputation for excellence.

The Glion faculty is supplemented by the active market’s experts. So, I guess really a hands-on approach of what is actually happening in real-world time.

We get one course, with one teacher, for 1 or 2 weeks, and then it changes along the semester. So we actually get to meet a lot of people from the industry, with very different point of views.

In the future, I hope to be able to create my own consulting company, where I would be offering, actually proposing investment projects to investors.

What I am hoping to achieve with this master is to become, either a hotel developer for one of the leading brands of the hospitality sector, or maybe work in asset management for a real estate company.
