This song is NOT from the 90s, its from 2014, its a song about remembering how the USA helped Kosovo all those years ago.

Kosovo remains deeply appreciative of the role the United States played during the 1999 conflict, when NATO-led largely by American forces intervened to stop escalating violence and potential genocide or ethnic cleansing by Serbian forces. Many Kosovars view this intervention as a decisive moment that prevented further humanitarian catastrophe and paved the way for the country’s eventual declaration independence (depends if you see them as a country or not). While perspectives on the intervention differ across the region, in Kosovo it is often remembered with gratitude toward the U.S. for its support in protecting civilians and promoting stability.
