Welcome to my guide to winning the GT Cup Gr.3 Race around Daytona International Speedway Tri Oval on Gran Turismo 7.

Racing Hard Tyres

No real strategy required, start the race on Racing Hard Tyres, no pit stops required, no fuel saving required.

This Ford is one of the fastest Gr.3 cars in a straight line so its a perfect choice for this race.

This is a pretty straight forward race, it does have some challenges tho. You need to use slipstreaming wisely to get ahead and stay there, once you are ahead you need to break the slipstream by not staying directly in front of the car behind, do some light weaving to avoid being caught up, once you’re in first place and out of the slipstream its pretty much an easy win.

I have my Traction Control set to 0 but that’s personal preference, to stop the car from oversteering the lower gears you might want to put on some Traction Control or just get used to the car.
