In the year 1990 Belgium based DJ / producer Serge Ramaekers started the project "Cartouche". The very first release of this new act was the track “Feel The Groove”. The track contained vocals from Myrelle Tholen and the raps were done by Jean-Paul Visser. It became a big success; "Feel The Groove" made it to the #13 position in the French charts. And in the US it even made it into the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play charts.

And ... In 1992 the guys from Oasis covered “Feel The Groove”, as an unreleased demo, which they called “Better Let You Know”.

Because of the 30th anniversary of “Cartouche - Feel The Groove”, I spoke to Serge about the story behind this track. But, you will also hear more about Serge's award winning remix of the Freddie Mercury classic “Living On My Own” and the great story behind that remix!
