Assembling the legs: no tools needed. Just twist and press to lock position.
Assembling the Bottom Handle: I used a Philips head screwdriver
Assembling the wheels: I used a mallet. Hammer with just enough force to lock the caps in place
Assembling the lid handle: the handle came with the two nuts already on it. Removed the two nuts then use the nut tool that cam with the grill

1. Slide the squeeze on ash tray clips (3 qty) to the legs (3 qty)
2. Slide the locking clips to the legs too
3 flip the grill kettle upside down
4 slide the 3 legs in place . No tools used. Just twist and push down to lock in place
5 insert the leg support tray or wire mesh - wheels mount
6 place the grill on its side and insert the wheel and use the mallet and cap to lock the wheel in place
7 upright the grill. Put the two grills in place
8 assemble the lid handle using the tool included with the grill
9 fire up the grill to break it in... burn all the grease and gunk
10. Optional: season the grill - paper towel with your choice of cooking oil. Main purpose to clean factory grease and gunk
