How to make Earl Grey Yogurt Cake.
This is an adapted version of Molly Baz's Earl Grey Yogurt Cake Recipe from BON APPETIT.
If you like the unique Bergamot flavored Earl Grey Tea, you will definitely like this cake.
I made a few changes to the original recipe after reading several comments about it.
I reduced the oil from 1 cup to 3/4 cup and salt from 1 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp.

This Tea Cake can be enjoyed at tea time, as dessert or toasted for breakfast !
