When he left ‪@AFBlueTube‬ boot camp, he thought he would never be a leader. But 19 years later, SMSgt Mark Schneider serves in the Ohio ANG as the 200 RHS Pavement, Maintenance, and Construction Superintendent and leads the way as one of the Air Force’s 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year.
