Ingredients:

1 1/2 tbsp ghee
1 large onion
1 tbsp butter
6 cloves of garlic
1 tsp garam masala
1 piece of ginger
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies, chopped
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp cashew nuts
15-16 button mushrooms
Salt to taste

Method:

Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seed powder, garam masala into a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add chopped green chilli and the onion paste.
Add tomato pulp into the mixture. Cook it well.
Add fresh cream and mix well.
Add water and allow it to boil.
Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and add salt to taste.
In a fresh pan, heat butter.
Once the butter is melted, add chopped capsicums and sliced mushrooms.
Allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Once cooked, add it into the mixture and mix well.
Mushroom butter masala is ready!
