“I’ve learned to feel glam in my sweat pants at this point,” reveals the 19-year-old model and budding actress, Kaia Gerber on lockdown life.
More accustomed to finding her 'glam' on the catwalk as bonafide modelling royalty and daughter of original super Cindy Crawford, Kaia admits one of the perks of the day job walking for the world's best designers, is having her chic bob and enviable eyebrows coiffed by the pros. Yet the past year has led her to discover an alt type of glam. Like many of us, it has involved working from home often in trackie bottoms, but she reveals she's also partial to a spritz of perfume as a daily 'glam' ritual.

Chatting to GLAMOUR over Zoom, for her episode of 'My Glamifesto For Life', she reveals the wellness and self-care hacks she lives by. They include journaling for positive mental health, listening to her music-making pals and performing energising crystal ceremonies on the full moon. She admits, "It's probably not the most normal thing to witness."
