The Eminence in Shadow: Master of Garden World Tree Floor 12

Death Lizard:
SF Gamma and at least awakened 1 blue Epsilon are required for this boss. I also did try a bit with blue tank Alpha, so you may be able to use her instead of Alexia. For the other two attackers, you do need a lot of damage so I'm not sure how well it'll go without Shadow, but there might be some character that can effectively replace him.

Lutheran (Awaken):
The only required character for this boss is red attacker Eta, and while her SS+ magic gear probably isn't required, it is very helpful. Since the boss applies dark before hidden techniques are normally available, you just have to get lucky and hit when you use them, unless you have red attacker Gamma and get them a bit quicker than normal.

Rogue Leader:
I am not sure if any of the characters are required, but yellow healer Beta might be. Hypothetically, as long as you can heal your units enough between the boss' hidden techniques you should be fine. It is also recommended to have yellow attacker adult Zeta or another character with an aoe hidden technique to take care of the gunmen in the back.
