As a Clinical Psychologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Napoleon is the Supervisor of Primary Care Mental Health Integration, as well as an adjunct lecturer. Napoleon has lectured extensively about issues of diversity, prejudice, privilege, race and educational success for minorities.
