WORST Purchase of My Life?!? I Bought a Rollback Tow Truck for Dirt Cheap! How Bad Can It Be???

A subscriber heard me say I was looking to purchase a rollback tow truck in one of my videos and had purchased this 1998 Chevrolet C1500 Heavy Duty from a local to him towing company with plans to swap the bed to another chassis. After sitting for about 10 years he realized his project wasn't going to be completed so he offered the truck to me.
