Ex-DNA scientist 'manipulated' data in over 650 cases

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has completed its internal affairs investigation into a former DNA scientist and found that the scientist manipulated data in the testing process. FOX31's Samantha Spitz looks into the impact of the findings.
