CREATIVE RESET | wholesome week in Santorini Greece, self regulating, finding inspiration, travels

hello my loves,

Recently spent a few days in Santorini, Greece and had such a good time doing NOTHING. It made me realise, we do not always have to be busy bodies and sometimes a vacation of real relaxation is so needed and fulfilling. I used this trip to creatively reset, I've been having a hard time finding my space and flow when it comes to being a creative and honestly I think I was over stimulated by the amount of content I consume, taking a step back from being a consumer and finding other ways of sparking creativity! Also, finding balance in solitude and being with others, I 100% can confirm my mornings will always be mine, especially with group traveling I find it important to ground myself and honor my emotions.
