I Avoided EATING This Fish My Whole Life! TRASH Fish Taste Test - Jack Crevalle (Catch Clean Cook)

Growing up I was always told that jack crevalle were a trash fish that did not make good table fare. Well it was time to do another TRASH Fish taste test! I love doing these catch clean cook's as they opened up my eyes to the arrogance in the fishing community and western culture regarding certain fish. I have yet to try "trash fish" that I did not like. We did a taste test between the three trash fish blue runner, jack crevalle and horse eye jack, and we all ended up thinking they had more flavor than the highly regarded snapper.
