Ugandan Princess Who Turned Down Idi Amin's Romantic Relationship Moves

The former President of Uganda, Idi Amin once fell in love with Princess Elizabeth Bagaya of Toro Kingdom.

Bagaya was among the first female lawyers in Uganda, as she studied law at Oxford University in the UK. She was also a professional model in the United Kingdom.

Amin appointed her the Minister of Foreign affairs and also gave her special treatment as compared to the other ministers.

However,a misunderstanding erupted between her and Amin after she refused to fall into his traps.

She was forced to sneak to Nairobi, Kenya then to Vienna in London where she stayed till Amin was overthrown.
