Now this right here is a pain in the backside. To be fair I only had to retry once. But no items is really annoying.

Difficulty: Expert
Stage: Defense of Xu
Restrictions: No Items
Requirements: Defeat Yu Jin, Yue Jin and Li Dian. Prevent the carriage from taking damage 3 times* and defeat 250 enemies.

*Note, I'm not sure and it's not confirmed, but I will say with some confidence that if the carriage doesn't take any damage you only need 200 KO's, then it's 50 KO's for each time it does take damage. However you will lose the weapon if it takes damage a 3rd time.

Tips: You need to use bodyguards for this one as they're good at stalling enemy grunts
