Making a gangway and fender protection board. They are maid of oak. There are some details left to mount gangway onboard and to be able to hoist it. The stop knot for the fender protection board is an Ashley stopper knot. It is preferable to drill holes threw the thin side (from up to down). This to prevent rope from chafe off from a rock or other object if the hole goes in the other direction and rope has to go round the board.
