INGREDIENTS:
IDHAYAM Mantra Peanut Oil - 300 mL
Urad dal - 200 grams
Shallots (small onion) - 50 grams
Green chilli - 3 nos
Chopped Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Salt - to taste
