Making Cheese On A Busy Day/ How I make cheese on the days I have no time for it!

The milk has piled up in the fridge from my family milk cows and it has to be used! Come with me on a busy day, where I really don't have time to make cheese, but I unless I'm willing to dump the milk, I have to think of something.
