MOTOR AND ESC COMPATIBILITY:
The Castle Creations motor with a 2650 KV rating is typically designed to be compatible with 2S to 4S LiPo batteries. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

Battery Compatibility:

2S LiPo (7.4V): Suitable but may not fully utilize the potential of the motor in high-demand scenarios.
3S LiPo (11.1V): Offers a good balance of speed and torque.
4S LiPo (14.8V): Ideal for achieving higher speeds while maintaining torque, making it a popular choice for many RC applications using this motor.
Running the motor on a 6S LiPo (22.2V) would not be recommended due to the high KV rating (2650 KV). Such a combination could result in excessive heat, possible motor damage, or drivetrain failure due to the extremely high RPMs generated.

ESC Compatibility with Traxxas VXL-6S:
The Traxxas VXL-6S ESC is capable of handling 6S power, but when paired with a high KV motor like the 2650 KV, it can overheat or overwork the motor. The VXL-6S ESC could provide too much power and stress the 2650 KV motor. Ideally, the VXL-6S is better suited for motors with lower KV ratings (such as around 1600-2200 KV) when running on 6S batteries.

If you decide to use the Castle Creations 2650 KV motor with the Traxxas VXL-6S ESC, you should limit the setup to a maximum of a 4S LiPo battery. This would ensure that both the ESC and motor operate within safe parameters.
