Wonderful news for Silicon Valley Bank customers, they will be made whole, whether they are a start up with 10k or Roku with 500mil. The FDIC will cover all losses, and the Fed will create a program to cover the losses of banks with a new Bank Term Funding Program which comes with excellent conditions. Fortunately, the program is only temporary and will stop in March 2024. It is also capped at $25b.
