Friends, would like to tell you that a very sad incident has happened in the Brahmaputra river in Assam. Assam collided with a boat in Jorhat. One dead, many missing. At least one person was killed and several passengers missing after a private boat capsized in the Brahmaputra river near Nimti Ghat in Assam's Jorhat on Wednesday following a head-on collision with a public in Jorhat, Assam. National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and SDRF personnel are carrying out search and rescue operations, Jorhat Deputy Commissioner Ashok Barman told news agency PTI.
