This is a condensed version of our 8 days in London… seeing where my great+ grandparents were married made me so very emotional. I got us lost. Often. Luckily my (adult) children have a better sense of direction than do I! Free stuff. Hidden gems. Speakeasies. Cheap stuff. Food! Where we stayed. Pubs. Markets. Finding my way to Oxford on the train. Walking… sooooo much walking! This old mom had a hard time keeping up but my kids were patient with me.
