Alli insists she’s done with Johnny. When she breaks into his locker to steal nude photos of herself back, she in fact realizes that she’s so not over him. Clare thinks he’s bad news but Jenna thinks Alli should follow her heart. Not only is Alli torn about Johnny but also between which friend to trust. When Johnny says he has something serious to tell her, Alli gets her hopes up. Will it be true love or will it end the Alli/Johnny saga forever.

The ninth season of Degrassi: The Next Generation depicted the second semester of the 2007-2008 school year. This season was known for not only being the last season to air on its original channel, but also being the last to include the original cast and to be called Degrassi: The Next Generation, as they changed their name to just Degrassi from Season 10.

This season again depicts the lives of a group of high school freshmen, juniors and seniors, along with some college age students as they deal with some of the challenges and issues that young adults face such as drug abuse, sexting, homosexuality, sexually transmitted diseases, sex, relationships, and illegal situations.
