I (desTROYer74) use a dire wolf in Ark: Survival Evolved on mobile (iPad Pro) to retrieve the Artifact of the Immune from the Swamp Cave. Done solo on Safe Haven PVX-medium-NA on highest quality graphics.
The Dire Wolf has very high torpor, it's almost impossible to make one of these unconscious. The mosquitoes circle you if you stand still, hence why I keep moving backward. Even this wolf could very easily have it's stamina completely drained to zero, leading to not being able to move, and certain death. I think someone must have recently cleared the cave, because i've been down there with more than twice as many mosquitoes, even at the cave entrance. There are loot crates down there, but I didn't show because they really aren't worth the effort. You can use the Dire Wolf for easy Chitin farming, but if you lack snails and need Cement Paste, you can get a ton of it by going down on a Frog. Use a pike whilst mounted to take care of the Scorpions and Spiders, do NOT dismount unless you're very skilled. I recomment 400% melee and a 500 damage sword, and stew for 30% melee boost. The enemies are level 300-400, on medium difficulty and they can easily have 2200 hp. Not for the faint hearted!
