Scenes from a countryside walk - May 2024

It's springtime. Flowers are blooming and wild garlic is growing beside the road in places. I went on a rural walk from the town of Hawkinge to the villages of Acrise and Paddlesworth - a distance of about 5.5 miles.

The tree with the white and pink blossom is a horse chestnut. I had no idea it flowered so impressively!

Filmed with an iPhone XS with a Shure MV88 external microphone. Edited using iMovie.

All audio was recorded on location.
