How to Add Hashtags on YouTube

You can add hashtags on YouTube above your own video titles. You can do this for existing YouTube videos as well as YouTube videos as you upload them.

Using a hashtag in a video is another way to show up in a search. When someone clicks the hashtag, it will search other videos with that hashtag.

You can add up to 15 hashtags, but I usually only add two or three.

To add hashtags, you can simply add them after your video title or in the description box of your video.
