After receiving the event shiny Raikou, Entei, or Suicune from the Transfer Machine, put that Pokémon in your party and head to the Lost Forest. You can get there by taking the northeast exit out of Raimon City to Route 16 and then going north.

Normally, you will encounter a mysterious woman in a trailer that does not speak to you, but with the shiny legendary beast in your party, she will come out of the trailer, yell at you, then turn into a Pokémon and attack you. The form she takes depends on which legendary you are using:
If you use Raikou, you will battle an Entei;
If you use Entei, you will battle a Suicune;
If you use Suicune, you will battle a Raikou.

Of course, anything you battle is actually a female Zoroark at Level 25. Attacking her directly or stealing her ability via Mummy or Skill Swap will reveal her true identity, though she will always use the same attacks. Once you capture her, the trailer she was in will magically disappear, as it was apparently nothing more than an illusion.

Zoroark's (as well as Zorua's) Illusion ability is quite fun to play around with, but as the effects are only physical and do not change their movesets, it is not a very helpful ability in battle (unless you wish to trick human opponents). Zoroark, however, does have fairly good Attack, Special Attack, and Speed Stats. When using Zorua or Zoroark, they will transform into the appearance of the last Pokémon in your party. If Zorua or Zoroark themselves are in the last position, their ability will not activate.
