Tools Needed:
You will need a10mm open wrench and a socket wrench, flat-head screwdriver, and panel clip removers.

Replacing your 2014-2022 Q50 fender panel is not as complicated as it may seem. Removing the headlight is necessary to uncover or get access to other fender bolts. The rest of the fender is a combination of plastic push-pins and moe bolts. Our vehicle's fender liner was petty much destroyed in the accident, so removing it was petty easy. Don't forget to remove the bolts and clips along with the fender liner to the bottom of the bumper. This Q50 sport has rocker panels or side skirts that cover up the lower fender bolts. Carefully pop this molding off with your plastic panel clip remover. The last thing you want to do is scratch the paint on your vehicle. You do not have to remove the top inner fender bolt. You just have to loosen the bolts to remove the fork part of the fender. The rest of the bolts to remove are on the top under the hood.

When you mount the fender, be sure to put the fender behind the bracket on the door. Otherwise, you will not be able to insert the second inner-door bolt. The most important and sometimes unnoticed part of this the alignment of the hood and fender. Do not fully secure the fender until you drop the hood to make sure that the alignment or gap is adequate. Check the opposite side of the hood and door to make sure the spacing is accurate. Once you feel comfortable with the spacing, you can secure the bolts. If the spacing is off, you can adjust the fender by pulling it out and securing the screw.

In this video, we replaced a right passenger side fender. And, both the right and left driver side fenders fits years 2014-2022 Infiniti Q50.
