Part 1 [MISSABLE]:
After Synopsis #36; Sleep at the inn during your first visit in Capua Torim.

Part 2 [MISSABLE]:
After Synopsis #67; After getting the ship, return to the Royal Quarter in Zaphias. Talk to Shel who stands near the Mordio mansion in the Royal Quarter. Talk to him again a bit north. Talk to Lune, who sits on a bench in the Public Quarter. Yuri will earn the title Kingdom Celeb and learn the arte Tiger Blade.
Alternatively, you can also do this part after you have obtained Ba'ul (Synopsis #95), but before you do the events in Mantaic.

Part 3 [MISSABLE]:
After Synopsis #73; During your first visit in Nordopolica, see a scene at the harbor, where Yuri breaks up a fight near the dock. Speak to a couple standing near the cauldron at the southern part of the town. Rest at the inn to learn Yuri's arte Shining Eagle.

Part 4 [MISSABLE]:
After Synopsis #95; After you have obtained Ba'ul, go to the oasis in Mantaic to speak with Clay. Afterwards, sleep at the inn.

Part 5 [MISSABLE]:
After Synopsis #133; After you have cleared Zaude and everyone joins back, go to the Royal Quarter in Zaphias to see a scene with Shel.

Final Part:
After Synopsis #135; After the birth of Undine, return to the Royal Quarter in Zaphias again to earn this title.
