Today's traditional Uyghur recipe, one of my favourites 😍😘 a filled pasta soup, Shorba, which is called Chöchüre (چۆچۈرە) in Uyghur. It's yummy, flavourful, and all made from scratch!!

RECIPE
Dough:
flour 250gr
salt 1/3tsp
water 130ml

Filling:
lamb 170gr
onion 1x,110gr
cumin1/2tsp
white pepper 1/2tsp
salt 1/2tsp

Broth:
oil 100ml
lamb 150gr
onion 1x, 110gr
tomato 4x, 500gr
fresh red peppers 2x, 90gr
fresh green peppers 2x
cumin 1tsp
white pepper 1tsp
salt 2tsp
water 2L
coriander 40gr (optional)
