We are setting up a company in Dubai to take advantage of the low corporation tax regime. Current companies benefit from 0% corporation taxes, whilst these are set to increase to 9% on profits over 375,000 AED it's still 16% less than the UK, meaning if operations can be moved there per £100,000 of profits there is a £16,000 tax saving.

The funds can in most cases still be utilised for UK property investment with the money from the UAE company being loaned into the UK property company for investment.
