Years ago, in the Catskills mountains, a grandmother taught her grandson the simple pleasures of baking. From one loving act, a seed was planted, one that took root first as a love for baking and pastry, then grew into a full-blown obsession with chocolate.

That first exposure to the value of handmade work, turned into a curiosity which turned into a profession, which became the meticulous pursuit of art and craft.

That seed became Fruition Chocolate, a bean-to-bar confectionery owned and nurtured by husband-and-wife team Bryan and Dahlia Graham.

For baker, chocolatier, and pastry artist Bryan Graham, the joy of making lies in uncovering and perfecting technique and process. Exquisite chocolate begins at the source; of inspiration, ingredient, and innovation.

With every batch of chocolate made, the Grahams pays special attention to the origin of the cacao beans––trusted sources that place prized Central and South American cacao beans in his hands. Each batch, selected with the utmost care, is transformed into award-winning chocolate and confections inside Fruition’s Hudson Valley facility.

From its earliest influences to some of the world’s best cacao producers, the small-batch craftsmanship of Fruition chocolate is dedicated to the sources of craft and innovation. All for the love of chocolate.
